对参加高等护理专业自学考试护士的管理

自１９９２年以来，我院护理部积极鼓励在职护士参加高等护理自学考试，并为她们统一报名，统一购书，领取及发放合格证，开办自学辅导班，使报考人数从１９８９年的２５名增加到１９９５年的１５０余名，考试合格率从１９８９年的３２％上升到１９９５年的８６．３％，同时促进了护理质量的提高。

Management of Examination of Study by Oneself on Higher Nursing Speciality

Since 1992,Nursing Department in authors' hospital has actively encouraged nurses at their posts to enter the examination of study by oneself on higher nursing.Entering one's name,buy the books,and receiving and issue the certificate of inspection were together done for these nurses,as well as organization of the guidance class for those.As a result,the number of nurses entired oneself for this study had increased from 25 in 1989 to more than 150 in 1995,and the qualified rate of their examination had increased from 32% in 1989 to 86.3% in 1995,at the same time the nursing quality had increased.
