依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床分析

目的探讨依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死的有效性及安全性。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为实验组40例及对照组40例,两组患者均给予常规治疗方法,实验组同时给予依达拉奉注射液治疗。治疗14d后观察两组患者治疗的日常生活能力评分(ADL)、有效率及药物的安全性。结果治疗组日常生活能力评分(ADL)和有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后安全性无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死能明显改善神经功能障碍,提高日常生活自理能力,安全有效,值得临床推广。

The Clinical Analysis of Edaravone Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Edaravone for acute cerebral infarction. Methods Select 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction, were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 in the test group and 40 in the control group, the two groups were given routine therapy, the treatment group took edaravone on the basis of routine therapy.the activity of daily living（ADL） with Barthel Index（BI）,the effective rates and safety were observed after 14 days. Results The test group of scores of BI、efficiency rate was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）, the two groups of safety has no significantly difference（P0.05） after the treatment. Conclusion Edaravone can improve symptoms of neurological functional disturbance, enhance daily life self-care ability, it is safe and effective, it has great value in clinical application.
