综合护理干预对宫颈癌放疗患者康复的影响

目的 探讨综合护理干预对宫颈癌放疗患者康复的影响.方法 收治的200例宫颈癌放疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予心理干预、阴道冲洗、皮肤护理等干预,对两组护理效果进行比较.结果 观察组和对照组宫颈癌的治疗显效率分别为56％和36％,总有效率分别为91％和76％,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.与对照组相比较,观察组各种放疗并发症如放射性直肠炎、放射性皮炎等发生率均显著下降.结论 对宫颈癌放疗患者行有效的护理干预可提高患者的治疗效果,能有效减轻患者因放疗引起的并发症,使患者更顺利地完成放疗,对宫颈癌放疗患者康复有非常积极的作用.

Influence of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of cervical cancer patients receiving radiotherapy

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of cervical cancer patients receiving radiotherapy.Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Each group had 100 patients.Two groups were given conventional drug therapy,radiotherapy and care.Besides,nursing intervention was applied to the intervention group.Nursing intervention included mental intervention,vaginal washing and skin care.The effects of two groups were observed.Results In the treatment of cervical cancer rates,the intervention group and the control group were 56 % and 36 %.The total effective rate was 91 % and 76%.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the incidence of adiation proctitis and radioactive dermatitis of intervention group decreased significantly.Conclusion the effective nursing intervention on cervical cancer patients receiving radiotherapy can improve the treatment effect of the patients,reduce complications which radiotherapy induced and make patients completed radiotherapy.
