循证护理对减少糖尿病并发症的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨循证护理对减少耱尿病并发症的临床疗效.方法 选择2010年1月～2013年12月收治的糖尿病患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例.对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行循证护理,比较护理后两组患者的并发症发生率、住院时间、再住院次数及护理结果.结果 观察组糖尿病患者并发症的总发生率7.5％明显低于对照组27.5％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者的住院时间和再住院次数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者的心理情绪改善、疾病知识普及率及护理满意度方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 循证护理可有效地减少糖尿病并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,减少再住院次数,提高满意度,可在临床推广应用.

Clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on reducing diabetes complications

Objective To discuss clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on reducing diabetes complications.Methods 80 patients with diabetes i were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was given routine care,while observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The complication rate,hospitalization time,readmission times and nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results The total complication rate of the observation group （7.5 %） was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The hospitalization time and readmission times of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The psychological and emotional improvement,knowledge of disease prevalence and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for diabetes patients can reduce the incidence of diabetes complications,shorten hospitalization time,reduce readmission times and enhance satisfaction.
