人文关怀护理对择期冠状动脉造影患者焦虑情绪的影响

目的 探讨人文关怀护理模式对择期冠状动脉造影患者焦虑状态的影响。方法 2010年3月至2010年10月,120例期冠状动脉造影患者随机分为2组,干预组、对照组各60例,在通知手术的当天依据“焦虑自评量表(SAS)”的得分情况评价焦虑状态,干预组运用人文关怀护理模式给予术前护理,对照组给予常规术前护理,在手术当日再次依据“焦虑自评量表(SAS)”的得分情况比较2组的焦虑状态。结果 干预组的焦虑状态得到改善,与对照组比较具有统计学意义。结论 人文关怀护理模式有助于改善择期冠状动脉造影患者焦虑状态。

Effect of humanistic care nursing mode in anxiety status of selective coronary angiography patients

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing mode in anxiety status of selective coronary angiography patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with selective coronary angiography from March 2010 to October 2010 were enrolled and randomized into two groups: 60 in the experimental group and 60 in the control group. Both groups were evaluated the anxiety status according to Self-Rating Anxiety Scale on the day when the patients were informed of operation.The patients in experimental group received the humanistic care mode nursing, patients in control group received the routine nursing, comparing to the score of anxiety status according to Self-Rating Anxiety Scale on the morning of operation. Result There were significant improved in anxiety status in experimental group compared with control group. Conclusions The humanistic care nursing mode can improve anxiety status of selective coronary angiography patients.
