上海市临床护士职业性肌肉骨骼疾患主观幸福感与社会支持的关系

目的调查分析上海市临床护士职业性肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)、主观幸福感与社会支持之间的关系。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法抽取上海市4所综合医院临床护士618名,采用北欧国家肌肉骨骼疾患标准调查表、幸福感指数量表(IWB)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查分析。结果 618名护士累计WMSDs患病率为85.92%,≥2个部位患病率为75.89%,因病请假率为9.79%。护士SSRS和IWB总平均分分别为(38.42±5.31)和(9.93±2.35)分,处于中等水平。年龄、工龄、夜班频次是护士发生WMSDs的主要危险因素,而主观幸福感及社会支持度是其保护因素(P<0.05)。结论临床护士WMSDs发生率较高,主观幸福感与社会支持度居中等水平,是WMSDs的保护因素。

Relationship between subjective well-being and social support of occupational musculoskeletal disorders of clinical nurses in Shanghai

Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship between occupational musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs),subjective well-being and social support of clinical nurses in Shanghai.Methods A total of 618 clinical nurses from 4 general hospitals in Shanghai were selected by stratified random cluster sampling method,and the standardized questionnaire of musculoskeletal disorders in northern Europe,IWB and SSRS were used for investigation and analysis.Results The total prevalence of WMSDs,the prevalence of≥2 sites of WMSDs and the prevalence of sick leave in 618 nurses was 85.92%,75.89%and 9.79%respectively.The total mean score of SSRS and IWB of nurses was(38.42±5.31)and(9.93±2.35),respectively.Age,working age and night shift frequency were the main risk factors for nurses to develop WMSDs,while subjective well-being and social support were the protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nurses have a high pravalence of WMSDs,and their subjective well-being and social support are in the middle,which are protective factors of WMSDs.
