慢性颈腰痛患者对职业性肌肉骨骼疾患疾病的认知现状调查

目的调查分析慢性颈腰痛患者对职业性肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)知晓率及社会支持度。方法收治该院慢性颈腰痛患者188例,调查分析患者的一般资料、WMSDs相关知识调查表、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果慢性颈腰痛患者躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性及总分均明显高于全国常模(P<0.05);SSRS评分为(31.59±3.72)分,47例(25.00%)低度支持,81例(43.09%)一般支持,60例(31.91%)高度支持。患者对WMSDs知识的整体知晓率为45.74%(86/188);文化程度、社会支持度、知识来源是影响WMSDs知识知晓率的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论慢性颈腰痛患者对WMSDs知识知晓率及社会支持度较低,可提高社会支持及改善心理状态等干预。

Investigation of the status of cognition of occupational musculoskeletal disorders in patients with chronic neck and low back pain

Objective To investigate and analyze the awareness rate of and social support for patients with chronic neck and low back pain to occupational musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs). Methods 188 patients with chronic neck and low back pain in a hospital were investigated with their general information,WMSDs related knowledge questionnaire,social support rating scale(SSRS),and symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90). Results Somatization,obsessional symptoms,anxiety,depression,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis and total scores of patients with chronic neck and low back pain were significantly higher than the national norm(P<0.05). SSRS score was(31.59±3.72),low support in 47 cases(25.00%),general support in 81 cases(43.09%),and high support in 60 cases(31.91%). The overall awareness rate of WMSDs knowledge was 45.74%(86/188). Educational attainment,social support and knowledge source were the independent factors affecting the knowledge awareness rate of WMSDs(P<0.05). Conclusions Patients with chronic neck and low back pain have low knowledge of WMSDs and low social support,which can improve through social support and improving psychological state as well as other interventions.
