绍兴市中心医院临床护理人员职业性肌肉骨骼疾患疲劳现状调查

目的调查绍兴市中心医院临床护理人员职业性肌肉骨骼疾患疲劳现状。方法采用便利抽样法,以绍兴市中心医院的108名临床护理人员作为调查对象,采用国际通用疲劳量表-14(FS-14)描述、分析护理人员的疲劳现状。结果不同工龄护理人员的疲劳评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳评分及疲劳总评分均随着工龄的增加而升高。不同科室护士的疲劳评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿科护士躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳及疲劳总评分最高,急诊科次之。注射室躯体疲劳评分居第3,手术室脑力疲劳评分居第3,五官科、妇产科、感染科的疲劳总评分相对较低。不同职称护理人员的躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳评分及疲劳总评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士的躯体疲劳评分和疲劳总评分最高,护师的脑力疲劳评分最高,主管护师及以上躯体疲劳评分及疲劳总评分最低。运动频率≥2次/周的护士躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳评分及疲劳总评分均明显低于运动频率<2次/周者(P<0.05)。夜班频率≥2次/周的护士躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳评分及疲劳总评分均明显高于夜班频率<2次/周者(P<0.05)。结论临床护理人员普遍存在职业性肌肉骨骼疾患疲劳现象,工龄、值夜班、运动、职称、科室分布等都与疲劳有关。

Investigation on occupational musculoskeletal disorders and fatigue of clinical nurses in Shaoxing Central Hospital

Objective To investigate the occupational musculoskeletal disorders and fatigue of clinical nurses in Shaoxing Central Hospital.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to describe and analyze the fatigue status of 108 clinical nurses in Shaoxing Ccentral Hospital.Results Comparison of fatigue scores among nursing staff of different working years(P<0.05)showed that physical fatigue,mental fatigue and total fatigue scores increased with the increase of working years.There were difference of the fatigue scores of nurses among different departments(P<0.05).The score of physical fatigue,mental fatigue and total fatigue was the highest in the pediatric department,followed by emergency department.The score of physical fatigue in the injection room ranked 3rd,the score of mental fatigue in the operating room ranked 3rd,and the score of total fatigue in the departments of ent.,obstetrics and gynecology and infection was relatively low.Nursing staff with different professional titles had different physical fatigue,mental fatigue score and total fatigue score(P<0.05).The score of physical fatigue and total fatigue of the junior nurses was the highest,the score of mental fatigue of senior nurses was the highest,and the score of physical fatigue and total fatigue of nurses in charge and above was the lowest.Physical fatigue,mental fatigue score and total fatigue score of nurses with exercise frequency≥2 times/week were significantly lower than those with exercise frequency< 2 times/week(P<0.05).Physical fatigue,mental fatigue score and total fatigue score of nurses with night shift frequency 2 times/week were significantly higher than those with night shift frequency< 2 times/week(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nurse personnel exists commonly fatigue of disease of occupational musculoskeletal,length of service,value night shift,motion,title,division is distributed wait with fatigue concern.
