巴中地区妇产科护士职业性肌肉骨骼疾患现状调查及心理弹性因素分析

目的调查巴中地区妇产科护士职业性肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)现状及心理弹性对其的影响。方法选取2018年2-8月巴中地区各级医院妇产科护士400名作为调查对象,采用WMSDs调查表、Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表评价心理弹性水平,并分析其对WMSDs的影响。结果 388名护士完成调查,有效样本数为97%。388名妇产科护士WMSDs年患病率为89.95%,周患病率为71.91%,发病率居前3位依次为肩部、颈部、腰部;心理弹性居中等水平,明显低于全国常模(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、工龄、职称、轮中夜班、心理弹性均是影响妇产科护士MWSDs发生的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论妇产科护士WMSDs患病率较高,心理弹性处于中等水平。良好的心理弹性对护士WMSDs发生有保护效应。

Investigation of occupational musculoskeletal disorders and analysis of mental resilience factors of obstetrics and gynecology nurses in Bazhong Area

Objective To investigate the status quo of occupational musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs and the effect of mental resilience among obstetricians and gynecologists in Bazhong Area.Methods From February to August 2018,400 obstetrics and gynecology nurses in hospitals at all levels in Bazhong were selected as survey subjects.The WMSDs questionnaire and Connor Davidson mental resilience scale were used to evaluate the level of mental resilience and analyze its impact on WMSDs.Results 388 nurses completed the survey,with 97% of valid samples.The annual prevalence of WMSDs among 388 obstetrics and gynecology nurses was 89.95%,and the weekly prevalence was 71.91%.The middle level of mental resilience was significantly lower than the national norm(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,length of service,professional title,middle and night shifts,and mental resilience were the main factors affecting the occurrence of MWSDs among obstetrics and gynecology nurses(P<0.05).Conclusions The prevalence of WMSDs among obstetrics and gynecology nurses is high and their mental resilience is at medium level.Good mental resilience had a protective effect on the occurrence of nurse WMSDs.
