| 羊肚菌发酵液对小鼠抗疲劳作用试验研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 本研究对羊肚菌发酵液的抗疲劳作用进行了动物实验。结果表明，羊肚菌发酵液能明显提高机体糖原储备（肌糖原和肝糖原），使小鼠血红蛋白含量升高，血乳酸含量降低，小鼠运动能力和耐疲劳能力显著加强。 |

| Abstract: | The fatigue resistant effect of fermented morel liquid is studied in mice.The results show:fermented morel liquid can remarkably promote the reserve of glycogen in muscle and liver,raise the hemoglobin concentration, reduce the content of blood lactic acid,and greatly enhance the sporting endurance. |
