血液净化治疗急性重度百草枯中毒的效果观察

摘    要:目的 探讨血液净化治疗对急性重度百草枯中毒的临床效果.方法 对治疗的41例急性重度百草枯中毒患者进行分析,将41例患者分为2组,强化血液净化组27例,非血液净化组14例.比较在基础治疗上,应用血液净化技术与未应用血液净化技术治疗急性重度百草枯中毒患者存活时间、生存率的差异.结果 血液净化组27例中,7、14、28 d死亡率分别为29.63%、44.44%、66.67%,总死亡率66.67%.非血液净化组14例中,7、14、28 d死亡率分别为64.29%、78.57%、100%,总死亡率100%.血液净化组存活时间、存活率均高于非血液净化组,死亡率低于非血液净化组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在基础治疗基础上,尽早血液净化治疗可提高急性重度百草枯中毒的患者的存活率.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effects of severe acute paraquat poisoning treated by blood purification.Methods 41 cases with severe paraquat poisoning patients treated in our hospital,were divided into blood purification group and no-blood purification group,and the survival and survival rates were compared between two groups.Results 27 cases treated by blood purification,mortality rates of 7 days,14 days,28day were respectively 29.63%,44.44% and 66.67%,and total mortality was 66.67%.14 cases did not treated by blood purification,mortality rates of 7 days,14 days and 28day were respectively 64.29%,78.57% and 100%,and total mortality was 100%.The survival time and survival rates of blood purification group was higher than that in no-blood purification group,and the mortality rate was lower than that in no-blood purification group.Conclusion On the basic treatment,earlier blood purification treatment can improve survival rate of acute severe paraquat poisoning patients.
