BSD2000相控阵聚焦热疗联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗中晚期肝癌

目的通过BSD2000相控阵聚焦热疗联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）治疗中晚期肝癌的临床研究，探讨中晚期肝癌治疗的新方法。方法36例中晚期肝癌病人随机分两组，每组18例。治疗组：采用BSD2000相控阵聚焦热疗与肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合。对照组：单纯行肝动脉化疗栓塞术。化疗药物：阿霉素（ADM）40～50mg、顺铂（DDP）60～80mg、5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）500～750mg；用超液化碘油、明胶海绵栓塞。结果治疗组总有效率72．2％（13／18），对照组总有效率38．9％（7／18）（P〈0．05）。两组临床受益反应率（CBR）分别为83．3％（15／18）、38．9％（7／18）（P〈0．05）。治疗组0．5、1、1．5年生存率与对照组比无差异，2年生存率比对照组明显提高。毒副反应无差异。结论BSD2000相控阵聚焦热疗联合TACE能提高近期有效率、改善生活质量，延长生存期，值得临床进一步研究。

The study of BSD2000 deep regional hyperthermia combined with transcatheter arteria chemoembolization in treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To study effects of BSD2000 deep regional hyperthermia combined with transeatheter arteria chemoembolization （TACE） in treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 36 patients with advanced hepatocellular caieinoma were randomly divided into two groups （each group with 18 cases）. The observed group was treated with BSD2000 deep regional hyperthermia combined with TACE. The contrast group with TACE single. Results The total effective rates with the observed group and contrast group were 72. 2% （13/18）and 38.9% （7/18）, respectively （P 〈0.05）. The clinical benefit response rates were 83.3 % （15/18）and 38. 9% （7/18）, respectively（P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the survival rates for 0. 5, 1, 1.5 years （P〉0. 5）, but difference was statistically significant for 2 years （P〈0. 05） between the two groups. There was no significant difference in side -effects between the two groups. Conclusion BSD2000 deep regional hyperthermia combined with transcathe ter arteria chemoembolization is more effective than single TACE in treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.
