| 摘 要： | 脑脊液鼻漏涉及神经外科、耳鼻咽喉头颈外科,因常常引起严重的并发症而需积极治疗。近年来,随着神经影像技术、内镜手术方法及器械的不断改进,使脑脊液鼻漏的诊断及治疗效果得到了明显的改善。本文复习文献,对其历史情况、病因、诊断及治疗作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea is a disease involved in neurosurgery,otorhinolaryngology,and stomatology,which requires proper management due to its severe complications.Its diagnosis and treatment are improving as great advances have been made recently in neuroimage,endoscopic surgery,and instrumentation.The history,etiology,diagnosis,and treatment of the disease are summarized in this review. |
