| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育在提高肿瘤患者中药汤剂治疗依从性的效果。方法选择本院收治的肿瘤患者100例,随机数字法分为2组,各50例,所有患者均接受中药辅助治疗,观察组同时接受健康教育路径指导。结果观察组在治疗后SAS评分和依从性评分方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者总满意度分别为96.0%和72.0%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育对肿瘤患者中药汤剂治疗的依从性和满意度提高显著,降低患者焦虑情绪。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effect of health education on compliance improvement of patients treated by Chinese medicine decoction. Methods 100patients of our hospital were divided into two groups by randomly, patients in observation group were given health education. Results The SAS after treatment and compliance scores of compliance were better than control group（P〈0.05）, and the total satisfaction of two groups were 96.0% and 72.0%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education can increase the compliance and satisfaction, and decrease the anxiety. |
