家庭康复在脑瘫患儿康复训练中的重要性

目的为寻找脑瘫患儿最佳康复方法,选用医院加家庭相结合的康复方法,训练脑瘫患儿来证明其效果。方法取两组患儿各80例,治疗组:运用医院和家庭相结合的康复方法接受训练;对照组:仅接受医院康复,两组患儿的年龄、性别、病情程度、每天在院康复的时间均无差异(P>0.05),运用粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)比较两组患儿的康复效果。结果两组患儿于康复训练后的6个月、9个月,评分有差异性(P<0.05,治疗组优于对照组。结论家庭康复在脑瘫患儿的康复训练中有显著重要性。

The Importance of Family Rehabilitation in Rehabilitation Training of Children with Cerebral Palsy

Objective To investigate the best rehabilitation method of cerebral palsy （CP） in children, the hospital and family rehabilitation combination methods were employed, training children with CP to prove its effect. Method Each group were 80 patients of children. The treatment group： the hospital and family combination to train rehabilitation; Control group： only hospital rehabilitation. Two groups of the patient＇s age, gender, disease degree, recovery time in hospital every day showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Gross motor function test scale （GMFM） was used to compare children rehabilitation effect between two groups. Results Two groups showed significant difference （P〈0.05） which were trained after 6 months, 9 months. The treatment group had more effect than the control group. Conclusion Family rehabilitation in cerebral palsy rehabilitation training has significant importance.
