| 摘 要： | 目的探讨两种促血管生成因子血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在正常成人皮肤组织中的表达及其意义.方法采用免疫组化SP法检测20例正常成人皮肤组织VEGF、bFGF的表达及分布.结果正常成人皮肤组织中,VEGF、bFGF阳性细胞均主要位于基底层,呈弱阳性表达.结论正常成人皮肤组织中,基底层是表达VEGF、bFGF的主要细胞,在维持真皮微血管的正常生理功能中可能发挥重要作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions and distributions of two important pro-angiogenic factors,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblastic growth factor(bFGF) in normal human skins.MethodsThe expressions and distributions of VEGF and bFGF in 20 normal skins were detected by SP immunohistochemistrytechnique.Results The positive expressions of VEGF and bFGF in normal shins were both mainly located in basallayer.Conclusions The basal layer cells were the main positive ones of VEGF and bFGF in normal skins,which maymaintain the normal physiological function of blood vessels in dermis. |
