DMPA治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

目的:探讨DMPA治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果,安全性及副反应发生情况。方法:选取临床上已确定为子宫内膜异位症患者44例,于月经周期第1-5天首次臀部深层注射DMPA 150 mg,此后每间隔90±7 d注射1次,半年为1疗程。观察患者的痛经情况、病灶大小及内分泌变化等。结果:用药前痛经发生率为100.00％,用药后痛经发生率下降为13.64％,且痛经程度明显减轻;B超测得囊肿、结节病灶面积由用药前的18.59 cm2、11.09 cm2分别缩小为3.12 cm2、1.05 cm2,经统计学分析,结果有显著性差异P<1.01、P<0.05。内分泌测定FSH、LH、P用药前后无显著性变化(P>0.05),E2用药前后虽有显著性变化P<0.01.但均在卵泡早期水平;副反应主要为点滴出血、经期延长、闭经等月经问题;随访结果有2例患者在停药3个月后怀孕。结论:DMPA治疗子宫内膜异位症临床效果明显、安全、副反应小。

Clinical study on endometriosis treated with DMPA

Objective: To find the clinical result, safety and by-reaction occurrence of treating endometriosis with DMPA. Methods: The clinical information of 44 cases of endometriosis were firstly injected with 150 mg of DMPA in the first five days of their menstruation period, and at interval of 90±7 days for half year to observe their menorrhalgia, the focus of infection and changes of endocrine. Results: Menorrhalgia occurrence rate descended to 13. 64% after medicine and the cysts, nodules had reduced to 3. 12 cm2 and 1. 05 cm2. The statistical analysis showed significant difference (P<0. 01,P<0. 05) .Conclusion: To cure endometriosis with DMPA is safe and has less side effect.
