补气活血化痰熄风法治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床研究

目的：运用以补气活血、化痰熄风为治疗思想的自拟定眩汤对椎基底动脉供血不足导致的眩晕进行临床疗效观察研究.方法：将122例病人随机分为两组,治疗组则服用以补气活血、化痰熄风为治疗思想的自拟定眩汤;对照组以口服脑复康片,盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊;结果：治疗组有效率为95.47%,对照组有效率为66.7%,经统计学处理,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论补气活血、化痰熄风法能有效治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕.

A clinical study on treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo by Buqi Huoxue Huatan Xifeng methods

Objective： Clinical effective observation on treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo by Buqi Huoxue Huatan Xifeng methods. Method： 122 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given Zini Dingxuan decoction, the control group was given piracetam tablets, capsules flunarizine hydrochloride. Conclusion： Effective rate of the treatment group is 95.47%, effective rate of control group is 66.7%, by statistical processing, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo by Buqi Huoxue Huatan Xifeng methods have a good effect.
