芒针透刺配合整体护理治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床研究

目的：观察芒针透剌足三里及气海穴，配合整体护理治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效，为本病的治疗提供新的思路和有效方法。方法：将200例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为治疗组100例，采用芒针透剌配合整体护理，对照组100例，口服中药十全大补汤；每日治疗一次，7d为一疗程，休息2d后继续下一疗程。4疗程后观察比较疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率、显效率分别为94％、74％，明显优于对照纽的74％、32％，组间比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：芒针透刺配合整体护理治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效可靠。

Clinical research on treating chronic fatigue syndrome by elongated needle penetration needling plus holistic nursing

Objective： To observe curative effect of elongated needle penetration needling Qihai combined with holistic nursing in treating chronic fatigue syndrome in order to provide new thinking. Methods： 200 cases patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Treatment group with 100 cases treated by elongated needle penetration needling combined with holistic nursing while control group with 100 cases with traditional chinese medicine all nourishing decoction orally, one time per day, 7d is one course of treatment, and interval 2 days to continue the next course of treatment. To observe curative effect after 4 courses of treatment. Results： The total effective rate and excellence rate of treatment group are 94% and 74% which outweigh 74% and 32% of control group. The contrast difference is significance （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Elongated needle penetration needling combined with holistic nursing in treating chronic fatigue syndrome has satisfactory curative effect.
