| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前牙残冠残根桩核冠修复的疗效。方法：将我院56例前牙残冠残根患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，治疗组患者采用玻璃纤维桩，对照组患者采用金属铸造核桩。结果：治疗组的成功率为94．7％，对照组的为81．0％。结论：采用玻璃纤维进行前牙残冠残根修复，具有操作简单、方便、快捷，缩短就诊次数，扩大应用范围的优点，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of repairing the anterior residual crown and root crown restoration. Methods： 56 cases in our hospital before the residual crown and root teeth were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated by glass fiber post, the control group were treated with metal cast post and core. Results： The success of the treatment group was 94.7%, 81.0% for the control group. Conclusion： Repairing the Anterior residual crown and root crown restoration by glass fiber post has a good effect. |
