臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出86例疗效观察

目的：研究经皮穿刺臭氧溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效和安全性.方法：在CT导向下对86例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行臭氧溶解术治疗.突出物为旁中央型者,经神经根与硬膜囊之间穿刺突出物达盘内,分别在盘内及突出中央注射浓度为60μg/ml的臭氧5～15ml.结果：显效、有效和无效者分别占80%、14%和6%.结论：在CT导引下经皮穿刺臭氧溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种疗效确切、安全有效的方法.

Clinical observation on treating 86 cases of lumbar disc herniation with ozone

Objective： To study the ozone dissolution ofpercutaneous treatment of lumbar disc herniation and safety. Methods： 86 cases of CT guided lumbar disc herniation were dissolved ozone treatment. Next to central prominence to those who, by the nerve root and dural puncture prominence reached between the tray, were prominent in the tray and central inj ection of the ozone concentration of 60μg/ml 5 - 15ml. Results： The markedly effective, effective and ineffective respectively 80%, 14% and 6%. Conclusion： CT guided percutaneous treatment of dissolved ozone is a lumbar disc herniation is effective, safe and effective method.
