中药物质基础研究的新思路-系统生物学

中药物质基础研究是中药现代化的关键问题.本文通过系统生物学在中药物质基础相关方面的应用（中医＂证＂模型的研究、中药制剂配伍规律、中药药代动力学研究）,指出：①中药物质基础应加强中药整体性的研究;②借助系统生物学的研究方法,促进中药物质基础研究从＂黑箱＂到＂白箱＂的转变,从本质上全面地阐明中药的物质基础.系统生物学应用了许多不同的方法和模型来探索复杂生物,正是这些系统生物学研究的思路和方法给予中药物质基础研究以新的视角和新的思路,给中药物质基础的研究注入新的活力.

The new mentality of TCM material base research-systems biology

The TCM material base research is the TCM modernization key question. Through system biology in TCM material base related aspect application （the syndrome, compatibility and pharmacokinetics of TCM）, this article pointed out that the TCM material base should strengthen the TCM integrity research; with the aid of system biology research technique, promotion TCM material base research from ＂black box＂ to ＂white box＂ transformation, from expounds the TCM material base comprehensively essentially. The system biology has included many different methods and the model explores the complex biology. Is precisely these system biology research mentality and the method gives the TCM material base research by the new angle of view and the new mentality, and infuses the new vigor for the TCM material base＇s research.
