中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期30例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗肺心病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法：对60例慢性肺源性心脏病急性期患者随机分为2组，对照组30例采用常规西医治疗，治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上辨证使用中药汤剂口服治疗，两组均以10天为一疗程。结果：治疗后两组患者症状。体征都有明显好转，治疗组住院天数明显短于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗肺心病急性期疗效优于单纯西医治疗效果。

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease of acute exacerbation in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating chronic pulmonary heart disease of acute exacerbation in the integrative medicine. Methods： 60 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease of acute exacerbation was randomly divide into two groups, the control group using conventional western therapy, the treatment group based on conventional therapy using decoction of TCM, 10 days is a treatment. Results： Two groups of patients has significant effects, treatment group is shorter than control group of length of hospital stay, two groups defference have statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating chronic pulmonary heart disease of acute exacerbation in the integrative medicine is better than western therapy effective.
