| 摘 要： | 功能性子宫出血是一种妇科常见的一种疾病。“功血”是有内分泌失调引起的子宫异常出血，与性腺分泌直接有关，多发于30～50岁之间，属中医崩漏范畴，本病发生的主要机理，是冲任损伤，不能固摄所致。采用益气健脾，固冲摄血的固冲汤治疗功能性子宫出血58例，疗效满意。
