| 摘 要： | 目的：观察推拿配合深刺阿是穴治疗急性腰扭伤的，临床疗效。方法：将76例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为治疗组40例、对照组36例，治疗组用推拿配合深刺阿是穴治疗，对照组仅用推拿治疗。结果：2组的痊愈率比较有统计学差别（P〈0．01），治疗组优于对照组。结论：推拿配合深刺阿是穴治疗急性腰扭伤可明显改善症状，值得临床推广运用。

Treating acute lumbar sprain by massage plus Ashi point |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating acute lumbar sprain by massage plus Ashi point. Methods： 76 cases of acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases, 36 cases in control group, taking massage plus Ashi point in treatment group, only the massage therapy in control group. Results： The cure rate between 2 groups was statistically different （P〈0.01）, treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion： Treating acute lumbar sprain by massage plus Ashi point has good effect, is worth being clinically applied. |
