肾脏肿瘤的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值

目的：研究实时超声对肾脏良性及恶性肿瘤的诊断价值,早期发现,早期治疗.方法：对我院2006年11月～2010年5月发现的52例,后经随访证实的肾脏肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析研究.结果：52例患者中,31例为肾脏良性肿瘤,21例为肾脏恶性肿瘤.其中18例为肾癌,3例为肾盂癌.结论：彩超对肾脏肿瘤的诊断,良恶性的肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供重要的影像学资料.

Value of diagnosis kidney tumor by color doppler ultrasound

Objective： To study on the dingnosis value of the renal benign tumor and renal malignant tumor. Early discovery, early treatment. Methods： In our hospital in November 2006-May 2010 found 52 cases, latter conducts the review analytical study after the revisit confirmation＇s renal tumor patients. Results： In 52 patients, 31 cases were the renal benign tumor, 21 cases were the renal malignant tumor. And 18 cases were the renal cancers, 3 cases were the renal pelvis cancers. Conclusion： Color doppler on diagnosis of renal tumors, benign and malignant tumors in the differential diagnosis provide important imaging data.
