薏苡仁提取物配合NO化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的:了解薏似仁提取物康莱特(KLT)注射液]配合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-smaii cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者生存质量的影响.方法:60例晚期NSCLC患者按照自愿的原则,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均采用化疗方案NO诺维苯(NVB)配合苯酸铂(OXL)],治疗在此治疗基础加用康莱特注射液,每日200ml,静脉滴注,9d,于化疗的第8天开始,连用14天.即每21天的化疗周期中,前1周化疗,后2周给KLT.结果:治疗组有效率为40.0%,对照组为36.1%.治疗组、对照组平均缓解期、中位生存期及1年生存率分别为5、4个月和3、3个月、11个月和7个月、46.7%和30.0%(P〈0.05);患者的临床症状总改善率,生存质量提高阳性率,治疗组为80.4%、43.3%,与对照组(50.0%、23.3%)比较(P〈0.01).结论:KLT配合NO化疗方案,可显著改善晚期NSCLC患者的生存质量.

Effects of coix seed extract plus NO chemotherapy program on life quality of NSCLC
Abstract:Objective: To understand To Effects of coix seed extract plus NO chemotherapy program on life quality of NSCLC. Method: 60 patients with advanced NSCLC patients in accordance with the principles of voluntary, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases, chemotherapy in both groups NO Navelbine (NVB) with benzoic acid platinum (OXL)], the basis of therapy in this treatment KLT injection plus daily 200ml, intravenous drip, 9d, on the 8th day of chemotherapy, once every 14 days. 21 days per chemotherapy cycle, 1 week before chemotherapy and after 2 weeks to the KLT. Result: Effective treatment group was 40.0% and 36.1% in control group. Treatment group and control group, the average remission period, the median survival and 1-year survival rates were 5,4 and 3,3 months, months, 11 months and 7 months, 46.7% and 30.0% (P〈0.05); patients with clinical symptoms of the total improvement rate, quality of life increase the positive rate of treatment group was 80.4%, 43.3%, and the control group (50.0%, 23.3%) compared (P〈0.01). Conclusion: To Effects of coix seed extract plus NO chemotherapy program on life quality of NSCLC, has a good effect.
