定喘祛痰雾化液平喘、祛痰、止咳和抗炎的药效学实验研究

目的：探讨新药定喘祛痰雾化液的平喘、祛痰、止咳及抗炎的药效学作用。方法：利用化学佐剂复制动物模型，观察药物对这些模型的影响。结果：定喘祛痰雾化液对二甲苯诱发小鼠耳部炎症具有抗炎作用；对氨水引发小鼠和幼年豚鼠的咳嗽有明显的减少咳嗽次数，延长咳嗽潜伏期的作用；可以明显增加小鼠及幼年大鼠的排痰量；对组胺、乙酰胆碱诱发的支气管哮喘，可以显著延长哮喘的潜伏期时间、出现抽搐的时间和发生跌倒的时间。结论：定喘祛痰雾化液对平喘、止咳、祛痰、抗炎有明显的药效作用。
