宫颈上皮内瘤变LEEP术后外敷中药促进创面恢复的研究

目的：观察宫颈上皮内瘤变高频电刀环切术（LEEP术）后应用中药外用溃疡散促进创面愈合、预防术后出血的临床效果.方法：选取宫颈上皮内瘤变患者200例,随机分成两组,LEEP术后采用外用溃疡散外敷者100例作为治疗组,术后自然修复100例作为对照组.结果：治疗组创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）,结论：宫颈上皮内瘤变LEEP术后配合中药外用溃疡散局部敷药能加快创面修复愈合,预防术后出血,值得临床推广.

A study on external application can promote wound healing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia after LEEP operation in TCM

Objective： To observe on clinical effects of TCM external application can promote wound healing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia after LEEP operation. Methods： Select 200 cases of patients of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Randomly divide into two groups. 100 patients use TCM external application is treatment group. 100 patients use natural recovery is control group. Results： Wound healing time of treatment group than control group shorter obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM external application can promote wound healing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia after LEEP operation is worth being clinical applied.
