| 摘 要： | 消化性溃疡是人类常见病，具有疼痛规律性，复发性，产生并发症等特点，本人采取中医重要辨证施治，取得满意疗效。本人根据疼痛的时间、性质、和与饮食的关系，辨别虚实，寒热，气血的不同，分为肝胃不和，脾胃虚寒两大类，以调和胃气，疏肝运脾为主，兼以理气，化瘀，清火，补阴，温阳等，疗效满意，有效率达100％，复发率低。中医中药治疗消化性溃疡疗效肯定，结果满意。

| Abstract: | Peptic ulcer is a common diseases, with the character of regular pain, recurrent etc.Treating peptic ulcer in TCM treatm -ent in differentiation has a good effect. The author according the relationship between time, characteristic and diet, treatment in differentiation, main using reconcile Weiqi, Shugan Yunpi plus Huatan, Qinghuo, Buyin, Wenyang therapy, has a good effect, the total effective was 100%, less recurrence. Treating peptic ulcer in TCM has a good effect and satisfied results. |
