| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗神经功能不全损伤的疗效.方法：将64例随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例.治疗组给予中药辨证施治联合氟西汀治疗,对照组单纯给予氟西汀治疗.结果：治疗组32例经过治疗后显效20例,有效10例,无效2例,有效率为93.8% 对照组32例经过治疗后显效15例,有效5例,无效12例,有效率为62.5% 治疗组的疗效明显好于对照组.结论：中西医结合治疗神经功能不全损伤,互相取长补短,方法独特,疗效显著,有推广价值.

Effective observation on treating neural dysfunction injury in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of treating neural dysfunction injury in the integrative medicine. Methods： 64 cases were randomly divide into treatment group and control group. Treatment group use TCM plus fluoxetine, control group use fluoxetine. Results： After treatment, cured were 20 cases, effective were 10 cases, invalid were 2 cases, the effective rate was 93.8% in treatment group; in control group, cured were 15 cases, effective were 5 cases, invalid were 12 cases, effective rate was 62.5%; the effect of treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion： Treating neural dysfunction injury in the integrative medicine, complement each other, unique ways, a significant effect, there is promotional value. |
