小儿消食颗粒治疗小儿消化不良60例

目的：观察小儿消食颗粒治疗小儿消化不良的临床疗效。方法：将120例患儿随机分为2组，治疗组60例口服小儿消食颗粒治疗，对照组60例口服多潘立酮治疗，2周为1个疗程，比较2组疗效。结果：治疗组临床治愈44例，有效16例，总有效率为100．0％；对照组临床治愈21例，有效24例，无效15例，总有效率为75．00％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：小儿消食颗粒治疗小儿消化不良较多潘立酮疗效为佳。

Treating 60 cases of pediatric indigestion with digestion of the particles in children

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating pediatric indigestion with digestion of the particles in children. Methods： 120 patients were divded into 2 groups, to treat 60 cases of treatment group with digestion of the particles in children, to treat control group with domperidone, 2 weeks is a course of treatment, to compare the effect of 2 groups. Results： Among treatment group, 44 cases were cured, 16 were effective, the total effective rate was 100.0%; among control group, 21 were cured, 24 were effective, 15 were invalid, the total effective rate was 75.00%, the difference of total effective rate between 2 groups have statistically significant. Conclusion： The effect of treating pediatric indigestion with digestion of the particles in children is better than domperidone.
