益气化瘀法治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀型的临床观察

目的：探讨中医益气化瘀法治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀型的治疗效果。方法：选择85例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组45例，对照组40例，治疗组口服自拟益气化瘀通痹汤，对照组口服脑心通胶囊，两组疗程均为两个月。结果：治疗组心绞痛症状改善总有效率95．6％，明显优于对照组85．0％（P〈0．01）。治疗组心电图改善总有效率68．9％，优于对照组52．5％（P〈0．01）。治疗组硝酸甘油停减率92．9％，优于对照组75．0％（P〈0．01）。治疗组中医症候改善明显优于对照组。结论：益气化瘀法能明显改善冠心病辨证属气虚血瘀心绞痛的症状、心电图和血脂指标。

Clinical observation on treating coronary geart disease with Qixu Xueyu type by Yiqi Huayu method

Objective： To investigate effects of treating coronary heart disease angina with Qixu Xueyu type by Yiqi Huayu method. Methods： Choose 85 patients with coronary heart disease randomly divide into treatment group and control grou, 45 cases of treatment group, 40 cases of control group, oral the selt Yiqi Huayubi decoction in treatment group, oral brain capsule in control group, two treatment for 2 months. Result： Improve of angina symptom the total for 95.6% in treatment group, and is better than the control group 85.0% （P〈0.01）. Improve of ECG the total for 68.9% in treatment group, and is better than the control group 52.5% （P〈0.01）. Nitroglycerin the stop cut rate for 92.9%, is better than the control group 75.0% （P〈0.01）. Treating the disease by TCM in treatment group is better than control group. Conclusion： Treating coronary heart disease angina with Qixu Xueyu type by Yiqi Huayu method has a good effect.
