清眩汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕临床疗效观察

目的：观察清眩汤治疗椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕的临床疗效和相关实验室检查改变。方法：72例椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者确诊后随机分成治疗纽和对照组，2纽综合治疗均给予西比灵、维生素E口服和维生素B6200rag、胞二磷胆碱500rag加于5％葡萄糖生理盐水500ml中静脉滴注，qd，治疗组除上述用药外，每日口服1剂清眩汤，水煎服，分早、晚两次口服，疗程为14天。观察项目包括起效时间、临床疗效、治疗前后经头颅多普勒（TCD）及血流变学变化和3个月内复发率。结果：治疗组在起效时间、临床疗效、治疗前后TCD和血流变学变化及防止复发等方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：在椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕的综合治疗中，加用清眩汤可显著提高临床疗效。

To observe the clinical effect of treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo with Qingxuan decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and check changes of treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo with Qingxuan decoction. Methods： 72 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo were rondamly divided into treatment group and control grou, to treat them by flunarizine, vitamin E and vitamin B6 200mg, CDPC 500rag plus 5% glucose in 500ml of normal saline intravenously, qd, to treat treatment group with Qingxuan decoction every day. The project of observation included onset time, clinical effect, the change of TCD and hemorheology and recurrence rate in 3 months. Results： The change of treatment group is better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo with Qingxuan decoction in comprehensive treatment can increase the clinical effect.
