中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

目的：观察拉米夫定联合乙肝散治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将两组患者分为联合治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组：拉米夫定片100mg／1／d，乙肝散9g3／d，服用24周、48周；对照组：拉米夫定片100mg／d，服用24周、48周。观察2组患者治疗后24周、48周肝功能复常率；HBV-DNA转阴率及HBeAg转阴率。结果：对其结果进行分析发现24周、48周治疗组肝功能复常率、HBV-DNA转阴率及HBeAg转阴率显著高于对照组P〈0．05。结论：拉米夫定联合乙肝散治疗慢性乙肝疗效显著。

Effective observation on treating chronic hepatitis B in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating chronic hepatitis B with Lamivudine plus Hepatitis B bulk. Methods Divide into treatment group and control group, which the treatment group： Lamivudine tablets 100mg·l^-1·d^-1, Hepatitis B Bulk 9g 3/d, take 24 weeks, 48 weeks; Control group： Lamivudine tablets 100mg/d, take 24 weeks, 48 weeks. To observe the recovery rate of liver function after treatment 24 weeks, 48 weeks; HBV-DNA Negative rate and HBeAg Negative rate. Results： To analyze the result, the effect of treatment group is better than the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion： Treating chronic hepatitis B with Lamivudine plus Hepatitis B Bulk has a good effect.
