妇科千金胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎临床观察

目的：对比观察妇科千金胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道胶囊与硝呋太尔制霉素阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的，临床效果和复发率。方法：将80例老年性阴道炎的患者，随机分为治疗组（妇科千金胶囊口服联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道胶囊纳阴道）与观察组（硝呋太尔制霉素阴道胶囊纳阴道），判断总有效率和复发率。结果：总有效率95％（38／40）；观察组总有效率92.5％（37／40），差异无显著性（P〉0．05），治疗组复发率7．93％（3／38），观察组复发率21．62％（8／37），差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：妇科千金胶囊口服联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道胶囊外用治疗老年性阴道炎效果好，安全，副反应小，复发率低。

Clinical observation on treating senile vaginitis with the Fuke Qianjin capsules

Objective： To compare the clinical effect and relapse rate of the Fuke qianjin capsules plus glass furosemide blantyre nystatin vaginal capsules treating senile vaginitis. Methods： The 80 cases of patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into treat -ment group （the Fuke qianjin capsules plus glass furosemide Blantyre nystatin vaginal capsules） and observation group （glass furosemide blantyre nystatin vaginal capsules）, and then judge the total efficiency and the relapse rate. Results： The total efficiency was 95% （38/40）, the total efficiency of the control group was 92.5% （37/40）, and there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The relapse rate of treament group was 7.93% （3/38）, the relapse rate of observation was 21.62% （8/37）, and there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect on treating senile vaginitis with Fuke Qianjin capsules plus glass furosemide blantyre nystatin vaginal capsules was significant, safe, low side -s effects and relapse rate.
