不稳定型心绞痛联合治疗效果观察

目的探讨阿司匹林、氯吡格雷及阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予阿司匹林、氯吡格雷及阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗。对照组仅给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.33%,76.67%。两组比较具有显著差异性(P0.05)。两组不良反应比较无显著差异性(P0.05)。结论阿司匹林、氯吡格雷及阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全可靠,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Unstable Angina Pectoris Combination Therapy Effect Analysis
