| 摘 要： | 目的分析胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)急性期血清含量的变化。方法采用放射免疫法(RIA)检测48例正常对照、46例HIE患儿急性期血清IGF-1含量。结果 HIE急性期血清IGF-1含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论 HIE患儿血清IGF-1含量的降低与HIE的病理生理过程密切相关,可作为HIE诊断辅助依据,IGF-1亦可作为HIE治疗的调控靶点。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the alterations of IGF-1 levels in newborns with HIE at acute stages.Methods Radioimmunoassay was performed to detect the IGF-1 levels in serum isolated from 48cases of normal controls and 46 cases of HIE newborns at acute and recovery period.Results The IGF-1 levels in HIE newborns were significantly lower than those in controls(P<0.01).Conclusion Decreasing IGF-1 in HIE newborns is correlated with the pathophysiological procedure of HIE,which could be taken as an index of diagnosis about HIE,or as a target molecule in therapeutic strategy. |
