摘    要:目的探讨应用微型钛板内固定治疗手部骨折及其临床疗效。方法2007年8月~2009年8月对手部掌指骨骨折75例(95处)采用切开复位,微型钛板内固定治疗。结果术后随访4~12个月,平均6个月,优良率为97%,骨折临床愈合时间4~12周(平均8周)。结论采用微型钛板治疗手部掌指骨骨折,获得稳定的骨折固定,缩短骨折愈合时间,疗效满意。

Application of mini titanium plate for treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture

Abstract:Objective To study and analyze internal fixation with Mini titanium plate for treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture and to explore its effect. Methods From August 2007 to August 2009, we used open reduction to treat metacarpal and phalangeal fractures in 75 cases (95 fractures), the fracture was fixed with mini titanium plate. Early postoperative rehabilitation was processed after the operation. Results Postoperative follow up ranged from 4 months to 12 months, with an average of 6 months. The external fixation time ranged from 2 to 3 weeks. The clinical fracture healing time ranged from 4 to 12 weeks and averaged 8 weeks. Conclusion Using Mini titanium plate to treat metacarpal and phalangeal fractures of hand, can obtain stable fracture fixation, and shortening the fracture healing time.
