社区卫生服务中心员工激励存在的问题与探讨

摘    要:目的了解新医改形势下对社区卫生服务中心员工满意度的影响因素,探讨激励社区卫生服务中心员工激励优化方案。方法采取调查问卷和访谈的方式对员工工作满意度进行调查,通过比较法对激励优化方案实施前后员工满意度进行比较。结果实施激励优化方案后,员工总体满意度从不满意(2.87〈3)变为满意(3.75〉3)。结论激励优化方案能对员工进行全方位的激励,取得了明显的激励效果,在新医改形势下对社区卫生服务中心员工激励有借鉴作用。

Abstract:Objective To learn the factors that influence degree of satisfaction of employees in the community health service center (CHSC) under the background of new medical reform and discuss the incentive optimization program for those working in CHSC.Methods A survey on staff's degree of satisfaction about their work by means of questionnaire and interview was conducted and comparison between the degree of satisfaction before and after the implementation of the program was made.Result Overall degree of satisfaction of staff has increased to "Satisfactory (3.75〉3)" from "Dissatisfactory (2.87〈3)" after the incentive optimization program was carried out.Conclusion It is proven that employees are indeed encouraged overwhelmingly by such an incentive optimization program which is with referential significance for employee incentive in CHSC against the background of new medical reform.
