扶正口服液对对乙酰氨基酚所致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用

目的研究扶正口服液(Fuzheng Oral Mesicinal Liquis,以下简称FZ)对由对乙酰氨基酚(Acetaminophen,AP)引起的小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法以AP诱发小鼠肝损伤模型,采用灌胃法给予FZ,测定小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总蛋白、白蛋白及球蛋白的水平,并做肝脏病理切片。结果与模型组相比,各剂量组FZ均能降低小鼠ALT、AST水平。大剂量组(40 g/kg)能促进白蛋白的分泌,降低球蛋白水平,白/球比值有一定升高。病理切片显示,AP模型组肝细胞呈带状坏死,肝细胞呈弥漫性变化,FZ大剂量组肝小叶结构完整、清晰,少量细胞点状坏死,肝脏组织病理损伤明显减轻。结论FZ对AP致小鼠肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。
