| 摘 要： | 目的探讨成人风疹发病因素、临床特点及预防措施。方法回顾性方法分析36例成人风疹病例。结果临床症状相对较轻,以轻、中度发热为主;皮疹典型,出疹迅速;淋巴结肿大具有特征性;严重并发症少见,预后良好。结论应注意预防成人风疹,尤其注意无保护力育龄女性的免疫接种。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the factor of morbidity,clinical feature and preventative measures of adult rubella. Methods The clinical data of 36 adult cases of rubella were analyzed retrospectively. Results Clinical symptoms were slight.Many of fever were mild or midrange.The rash was typical.Development of rash was rapid.The lymphadenectasis had characteristics.The severe complication were undetected and it is eusemia.
