囊性淋巴管瘤的CT诊断

目的：探讨淋巴管瘤（lymphangioma，LA）的CT诊断价值。材料与方法：回顾性分析7例经病理证实的IA的CT表现。结果：7例中肠系膜2例，腹膜后3例，右侧颈部2例，表现为跨区、沿组织间隙适形性生长的囊袋状病灶，壁薄、光滑，囊及囊壁无明显强化。1例见肠系膜血管征伴周缘多发滋养血管。结论：CT对LA的诊断具有重要价值，联合应用有助于提高其诊断准确性。

CT Findings of Cystic Lymphangioma
