摘    要:目的研究冠心平对麻醉犬冠脉结扎致心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用麻醉开胸犬冠状动脉左前降支结扎造成急性心肌缺血模型,将36只Beagle犬随机分为假手术组,模型组,心可舒组及冠心平大、中、小剂量组,每组6只。观察给药后犬血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平的变化。通过N-BT染色,观察心肌梗死的范围。结果冠心平组犬血清中LDH和CK的浓度较其余组显著降低,心肌梗死范围较其他组显著缩小。结论冠心平能明显减轻犬心肌梗死时的心肌缺血程度,从而保护心肌。
