| 摘 要： | 心房颤动是最为常见的心律失常之一,极易引起脑卒中事件。左心耳是血栓形成的主要部位,封堵左心耳可减少心房颤动血栓的发生率。现就封堵左心耳来预防心房颤动患者脑卒中的研究做一综述。

| Abstract: | Atrial fibrillation(AF) is one of the most common arrhythmias.It can lead to stroke events.The left atrial appendage is the main site of thrombosis.Blocking the left atrial appendage thrombus can reduce the incidence of AF.This article reviews the use of left atrial appendage occlusion to prevent stroke in patients with AF. |
