鼻咽癌的CT与MRI诊断效果对比分析

目的 比较CT和MRI两种方法的对鼻咽癌检出率的差别,评价两种方法在鼻咽癌诊断方面的价值.方法 选取2011年3月至2012年9月到我院就诊的病理试验证实为鼻咽癌的38名患者的病例,对比分析其CT、MRI检验结果,比较两种影像学方法的检出率.结果 CT和MRI对鼻咽部的病灶检出率分别为42.1％和71.1％,对颅底部病灶检出率分别为36.8％和84.2％,两者之间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在对鼻咽癌进行影像学检查时,MRI的结果更加具有说服力,对鼻咽癌患者更具价值.

Comparison of CT and MRI in diagnosis of nasopharyngeal

Objective To compare the detection rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with CT scan and MRI,evaluate the value in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 38 patients from March 2011 to September 2012 who were definitely diagnosed with nasopharyngeal at pathology tests were selected,comparative analysis was carried out to study their CT and MRI test results,and compare the two imaging methods for detection rate in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal.Results The detection rate of CT scan was 42.1% for the imaging diagnosis of nasopharyngeal invasion while that of MRI was 71.1%,the detection rate of CT scan was 36.8% for the imaging diagnosis of local invasion to basis cranii while that of MRI was 54.2%,there was statistical difference between CT and both in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal （P〈0.05）.Conclusion MRI has remarkable advantage in diagnosis of nasopharyngeal with more convincing MRI results,it is much more valuable for patients with nasopharyngeal.
