高压氧治疗脑出血时机探讨

目的 探讨高压氧治疗脑出血的时机对提高患者生存质量的影响.方法 将脑出血患者分为脑出血后7 d内60例（A组）,1个月内29例（B组）,2个月以上30例（C组）,未做高压氧的32例（D组）,均给予常规治疗,药物相同.结果 脑出血患者确诊后7 d内行高压氧治疗疗效明显优于其余组（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）.结论 脑出血7 d内配合高压氧治疗可取得最佳效果.

Timing of highpressure oxygen treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To study the influence of hyperbaric oxygenation （HBO） at the different stages on the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The patients were divided into four groups in random, group A （30 cases）, B （29 cases） and C（ 30 cases）were treated by HBO in different stages after hemorrhage,within 7 days, within 1 month and after 2 months and routine treatment, group D （32 cases） only received routine treatment without HBO. Results The curative effect of group A was obviously better than other groups （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Routine treatment cooperated with HBO within 7 days after cerebral hemorrhage could get the best effect.
