陕西省市级精神卫生机构医务人员工作满意度及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的了解精神卫生医务人员的工作满意度情况,探讨其主要影响因素,为精神卫生防治体系建设的完善提供科学依据。方法成立调研领导小组,分别给陕西省的西安、咸阳、渭南、宝鸡、汉中、延安市发放无记名调查问卷,调查这六个市精神卫生专科医院的所有医务人员,并以SPSS11.5统计软件进行数据分析。结果精神卫生医务人员工作满意度偏低,特别是在目前工作、目前待遇、工作环境、社会地位等方面满意度偏低,且不同年龄的工作满意度水平比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.758,P〈0.05),不同学历的工作满意度水平比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.055,P〈0.05),不同职称的工作满意度水平比较差异有统计学意义(r=23.488,P〈0.05),不同工龄的工作满意度水平比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=38.706,P〈0.05),不同岗位的工作满意度水平比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.243,P〈0.05)。结论年龄、学历、职称、工龄、岗位与满意度有关,是满意度的主要影响因素,随着年龄的增大、工龄的延长、职称的增高,医务人员满意度也随之增高,在l临床一线岗位的人员工作满意度没有职能及医技科室人员的满意度高,不同学历的人员其工作满意度也有差别。

Investigation of working satisfaction and influencing factor of medical staff in mental health institutions

Abstract:Objective To understand the working satisfaction situation of medical staff in mental health institutions and discuss the main influencing factor,in order to supply the scientific basis of mental health preventing and curing system's construction. Methods To establish the investigating and researching leader's group and separately send out anonymous surveying questionnaire to the Xi'an, Xianyang, Weinan, Baoji, Hanzhong, Yanan city, to survey all the medical staff in the six mental health institutions, What's more, the statistical soft ware SPSS 11.5 was used for data processing. Results working sat- isfaction level of medical staff in mental health institutions was lower especially in the present job, working treatment, working environment, social status, statistically significant correlation was found between different ages (χ2 = 21.758, P 〈 0. 05 ). Statis- tically significant correlation was found between different educational background (X2 = 22. 055, P 〈 0. 05 ). Statistically significant correlation was found between different professional posts (χ2 = 23. 488, P 〈 0. 05 ). Statistically significant correlation was found between different working years(χ2 = 38. 706 ,P 〈 0.05 ). Statistically significant correlation was found between different positions(χ2 =25. 243 ,P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Age,educational backgreund,professional post,working year,position are the main influencing factors which are related to the working satisfaction of medical staff in mental health institutions. With the increasing age, working year and professional post, the working satisfaction level of medical staff also heighten. The working satisfaction level of the function and Medical technology skill department room's medical staff was higher than the medical staff in clinic department room. The working satisfaction of different educational background was different.
