| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理风险管理对外科护理质量的影响。方法2010年1月起实施外科护理风险管理，比较实施护理风险管理具体风险事件发生率以及患者对护理工作及护士长管理工作的满意度。结果实施护理风险管理之后较之前护理风险事故降低，患者对护理工作及护士长的管理工作满意度有显著提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加强外科护理风险的规范化管理，可以减少护理工作中差错与纠纷的发生，提高护理工作质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of the surgical nursing risk management to nursing quality. Methods The author implamented normalized management to surgical nursing risk scince January,2010, and compared the difference of nursing risk accidents and patients＇ satisfaction to nursing and the matron＇s management before and after the implemention of the surgical nursing risk management. Results The nursing risk accidents was declined significantly after the implemention of the surgical nursing risk management than that before, patients＇ satisfaction to nursing and the matron＇s management was significantly higher than before （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Strengthening the normalized management of the surgical nursing risk could reduce errors and disputes, and improved the quality of nursing. |
