| 摘 要： | 目的评价应用人工全髋关节置换术治疗中老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析应用人工全髋关节置换术治疗中老年股骨颈骨折21例的临床资料。结果该组病例在充分评估手术风险和仔细进行围手术期治疗的基础上，均平稳度过手术关，术后功能恢复良好。结论人工全髋关节置换术是治疗中老年股骨颈骨折的可靠术式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess artificially total hip replacement therapy the curative effect of elderly femoral neck fractures. Methods Retrospectived analysis applying artificial total hip replacement therapy 21 cases of elderly femoral neck fracture of the clinical data. Results The group cases in fully assess risks and careful operation perioperative treatment on the basis, all smooth spend operation shut, postoperative function recovered well. Conclusion Artificially total hip replacement was the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture reliable operation. |
